Career Resources

MM&M will email you every Friday with a Weekly Digest, and it includes a weekly "Five things for pharma marketers to know" article. Digestible and easy to read, MM&M was definitely the resource that kept me informed about my industry.

Digiday sends a daily email loaded with top marketing stories. A couple of my favorite articles they've sent include an expose on "burnout" in young professionals and how politics can affect agency culture. Definitely worth your time on your commute to work!

Finance is important in any industry you choose to build your career in. I read this 4-minutes-or-less finance digest on my commute, and it's both funny and informative. Whip out whatever you learn from it and it's sure to impress!

Health and Wellness

Shameless plug here! I interned at NYRR and the organization itself is phenomenal. Take advantage of free training resources, the convenient RUNCENTER if you're NYC-based, and sign up for fun races year-round. I can't say enough great things!

Self, as the name implies, is the resource for taking care of yourself. From fitness to food, to love and more, Self Magazine is a free way to stay on top of your holistic health. Sign up for one (or all three) of their newsletters for great tips!

Healthline is a cool way to get yourself thinking about your overall wellness. Their newsletter gives the 411 on all things wellness-related, and their website has tools like BodyMap and Symptom Checker--both of which are worth checking out!

Student Resources
Best
Colleges
Although Best Colleges is a great resource for students entering their first year of college, it's a great resource to learn about financial aid, help for underserved populations, and career planning. Their newsletter is comprehensive, too!
Best
Colleges

One of the joys of being in college is discounts and free stuff. If you're trying to travel (which you 100% should), sign up for StudentUniverse. I got student-priced discounts on flights and hotels, too! They also have a great newsletter with even more.

Alison
I started using Alison this past summer to learn more about project management. Beyond having informational courses on industry-specific knowledge, Alison offers free courses on college subjects. You can also get certifications for a fee!
